Trademark Policy

This policy explains how you may refer to Inferon and use our name and logo. It supplements the intellectual property terms in our Terms of Service.
Our Marks
The following are trademarks of Inferon Techlabs Private Limited:
- The Inferon name and word mark
- The Inferon logo and logomark
- Product names, including Avatar Studio
- Associated designs, icons, and visual identity
We assert rights in these marks whether or not they are registered in your jurisdiction.
What You May Do Without Permission
You may, without asking us first:
- Refer to Inferon by name in text, accurately and truthfully
- State that your product integrates with, is built on, or uses Inferon
- Use our name in comparative statements, provided they are accurate and not misleading
- Use our name in news reporting, commentary, research, education, and criticism
- Link to our website using our name as the link text
This is nominative use: using our name to refer to us. You do not need a licence for it.
What Requires Written Permission
Ask us first before you:
- Use our logo in your product, application, or marketing material
- Use our marks on merchandise
- Use our marks in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or certification
- Use our marks in a press release announcing a relationship
- Include our marks in an event or conference name

What You May Not Do
You must not:
- Register a domain name, social media handle, or application name containing "Inferon" or a confusingly similar variant
- Register our marks, or anything confusingly similar, as a trademark in any jurisdiction
- Incorporate our marks into your own company, product, or service name
- Modify our logo, including altering its colours, proportions, or elements
- Combine our marks with your own to create a composite mark
- Use our marks in a way that implies we endorse your product, or that your product is an official Inferon offering
- Use our marks in connection with content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy
- Use our marks in a way that disparages Inferon or damages our reputation
Attribution
Where you refer to us in a formal context, use the full legal name on first mention:
Inferon is a trademark of Inferon Techlabs Private Limited.
Write our name as Inferon, with a capital I and no other internal capitalization. Do not pluralize it, use it as a verb, or abbreviate it.
Content You Generate
Outputs you generate using our Services are yours to use as described in our Terms of Service. This policy does not restrict them.
It does, however, mean that an Output does not carry any right to use our marks. If you publish work made with our tools, you may say it was made with Inferon; you may not brand it as an Inferon product.
Third-Party Marks
Names and logos of other companies referred to in our Services, documentation, and policies — including those of our model providers and infrastructure partners listed in Subprocessors — are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement in either direction.
