Abuse Reporting Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2026
Last Updated: July 25, 2026

This policy explains how to report misuse of our Services and what we do with reports. It also sets out how we handle technical abuse of the platform itself.

You do not need an account to file a report. If your likeness or voice has been misused, or you are reporting content involving a child, report it and we will act.

1. Where to Report

| What you are reporting | Where to send it | | --- | --- | | General abuse or prohibited content | abuse@inferon.ai | | Content involving a minor | abuse@inferon.ai — marked urgent | | Non-consensual intimate imagery | abuse@inferon.ai — marked urgent | | Misuse of your likeness or voice | abuse@inferon.ai | | Copyright or trademark infringement | content@inferon.ai — see Copyright & DMCA Policy | | Privacy or personal data concerns | privacy@inferon.ai — see Privacy Policy | | Security vulnerabilities | security@inferon.ai — see Security Policy | | Spam, phishing, or fraud originating from our platform | abuse@inferon.ai |

If a person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond at that speed.

2. What to Include

A report we can act on contains:

  • The URL, asset identifier, or account involved
  • A description of what is wrong and which policy you believe it violates
  • When you observed it
  • Screenshots or other evidence, where you have them
  • Your contact details, so we can follow up
  • Where you are reporting misuse of your own likeness, a statement to that effect

We can act faster on specific reports. "There is bad content on your platform" gives us nothing to investigate.

3. How We Prioritize

| Priority | Categories | Target first response | | --- | --- | --- | | Critical | Content involving minors, credible threats to life, non-consensual intimate imagery | Immediate | | High | Misuse of likeness or voice, fraud, impersonation, active phishing | 1 business day | | Standard | Harassment, spam, other Acceptable Use violations | 3 business days | | Low | Quality complaints, policy questions | 5 business days |

These are targets for our first substantive response, not for final resolution. Complex investigations take longer, and we will keep you informed.

4. What Happens to Your Report

  1. Acknowledgement. We confirm receipt.
  2. Triage. We assign a priority and route the report.
  3. Investigation. We review the content and the associated account, including any history of prior violations.
  4. Action. Where a violation is confirmed, we take action under our Moderation Policy, which may range from content removal to permanent termination and referral to authorities.
  5. Outcome. We tell you that the report was resolved.

We will generally not tell you what specific action was taken against another user's account, as that is their personal data. We can confirm whether the content you reported was actioned.

5. Reporting Misuse of Your Likeness or Voice

If you believe someone has used your face or voice on our platform without your consent, tell us at abuse@inferon.ai.

Include the content location if you know it, a description of how you were depicted, and confirmation that you did not consent. We may ask for something to verify that you are the person depicted; we ask for the minimum necessary and delete it once verification is complete.

We treat these reports as urgent, whether or not you are a customer. Where a report is substantiated, we remove the content, and accounts responsible for generating non-consensual depictions of real people are terminated.

6. Content Involving Minors

We have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes or exploits children.

Reports go to abuse@inferon.ai, marked urgent, and are handled immediately. We preserve evidence as required by law, remove the content, terminate the accounts involved permanently and without appeal, and report to the appropriate authorities.

Do not download, forward, or reproduce such material when reporting it. Send us the location, not the content.

7. Platform and Technical Abuse

Separately from content, we act against technical abuse of the Services, including:

  • Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging originating from our platform
  • Credential stuffing and account takeover attempts
  • API abuse, including quota and rate limit circumvention
  • Scraping of the Services
  • Botnet or automated account creation activity
  • Prompt injection and jailbreak attempts against our safety systems
  • Circumventing suspensions through new accounts
  • Resource exhaustion and denial-of-service behaviour
  • Sharing, reselling, or leaking API keys

We detect much of this ourselves through monitoring. We may throttle, revoke keys, block traffic, or suspend accounts, and where abuse is active and damaging we act immediately and without prior notice in order to protect the platform and its users.

If you are affected by abuse originating from our platform, report it to abuse@inferon.ai with headers, logs, or timestamps where you have them.

8. Confidentiality and Retaliation

We do not disclose the identity of a reporter to the reported user, unless we are legally required to do so or the process requires it — copyright notices, for example, are forwarded to the affected user in full, as explained in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Retaliating against someone for making a good-faith report is itself a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Bad-Faith Reports

Reports submitted to harass another user, suppress lawful content, or gain a competitive advantage are a violation of our terms.

Persistent false reporting may result in us declining to process further reports from you, and in action against your account.

10. If You Are the Subject of a Report

If action is taken against your content or account, we will tell you what was affected and, where possible, why.

You may appeal to legal@inferon.ai within 30 days, as described in our Moderation Policy. Include evidence of any consent or rights you hold.
